Appointments

Important Patient Information

Due to the latest NHS England Coronavirus Guidelines there will no longer be a book on the day service.

Please do not attend to queue outside the practice or attend to arrange an appointment.

Patients should avoid collecting prescriptions between 12:30-13:30

Any patients attending the practice, as detailed above, will be asked to return home and telephone the practice.

Also please note that online booking of appointments has been suspended on advice from NHS England.

If you have symptoms associated with Coronavirus, including a new continuous cough and a high temperature, you are advised to stay at home for 7 days. Do not book a GP appointment, or attend your GP practice. If your symptoms are serious, or get worse, NHS 111 has an online coronavirus service on 111.nhs.uk/covid-19 that can tell you if you need further medical help and advise you what to do. Only call 111 direct if you cannot go online, or are advised to do so by the online service. For the latest COVID-19 advice please visit www.nhs.uk/conditions/coronavirus-covid-19

These policies are in place because we need to triage all appointments to mitigate the risks associated with potentially infected patients attending the Practice.

Thank you for your co-operation
